Meghan E. Bell is an author, spoken word poet, and recent graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Social Science. She grew up in Northern California, in the Sacramento region, and now resides in Portland, Oregon, with her fiancee, Carly, and their cat, Midnight Monster. She is currently studying to become a middle school social science teacher and works as a swimming instructor. Meghan is interested in the intersection between the supernatural and the LGBTQ+ experience, and this is reflected in much of her work. Her short stories and poetry have been published in journals such as RFD Magazine, NonBinary Review, and Pathos. She has also created independently published zines, including a poetry zine, “Women With Demons” and a short comic, “Werewolf Girls.” 

Meghan is a contributing author to the House of Zolo’s Journal of Speculative Literature, Volume 2 with the short story “GhoulFriendFinder.com.”
