David Oje grew up and had his primary and secondary education in Kaduna State, Northern Nigeria. He proceeded to the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English and Literature. His writings have been featured on The Kalahari Review and RaceBaitR. He was long-listed for the 2019 Quramo Writers’ Prize for his sci-fi manuscript A Time Among The Shadows, and his manuscript Infinitum was a finalist for the SLF Diverse Writers grant 2020. David lives in Edo State, Nigeria, with his family.
David is a contributing author to the House of Zolo’s Journal of Speculative Literature, Volume 3 with the short story “Fire and Water.”
