Cohl Warren-Howles is a writer by day and a reader by night. Her short stories have been featured in magazines worldwide, including Life Plus 2 Metres in Holland and Not Our President – An Anthology, in America. She has won a number of writing competitions, and recently in Pen2Paper, Coalition of Texans with Disabilities with her short story ‘The Monster inside me”. She grew up in the shadows of a stone circle in England, a temple of the Druids, surrounded by fields and a truly magical place, so naturally she grew up to write otherworldly stories about nature. She also writes creative non-fiction and has published a book entitled  ‘The Silent Scream‘.

She now lives in Stratford upon Avon, England, with her husband, Saul.
Cohl is a contributing author to the House of Zolo’s Journal of Speculative Literature – Volume 1 with the short story “The Shade of Eve.”
