Lynne Sargent (they/she) is a writer, aerialist, and ethicist, who lives in Hamilton Ontario with their perfect robot of a spouse, perfect underworld guardian of a dog, and perfectly dragon-like cats. They are also the poetry editor at Utopia Science Fiction, and volunteer as a board member with gritLIT— Hamilton’s annual literary festival. Their work has appeared in venues like Plenitude, Augur, and Strange Horizons, and has been nominated for Rhysling, Elgin, and Aurora Awards. It has also been supported through Ontario Arts Council Grants. Their poetry collection, A Refuge of Tales, is out now with Renaissance Press.
